  2.   TERMS OF LICENSE

  4.   1. While great care has been taken to make The Wall as stable as possible,
  5.      the author shall assume no responsibility for the (dis)functionality
  6.      of this program, or any of its packaged files.
  7.  
  8.   2. The author shall agree to process and mail all registration forms in
  9.      a swift and timely manner.
  10.      a) The author shall not be held responsible for mail delays, system
  11.         failures, lost or returned mail.
  12.  
  13.   3. Unregistered copies of The Wall may be freely distributed, so long
  14.      as the original packaging remains intact.  SysOps may re-archive the
  15.      main installation files in another format, but MUST preserve the
  16.      EXACT contents of the archive.
  17.  
  18.   4. Registered copies of The Wall may NOT be distributed or transferred.
  19.      The registered SysOp agrees to take all action possible to prevent
  20.      registered copies from leaving his/her possession.  This includes but
  21.      is not limited to, friends, co-sysops, and potential buyers.  SysOps
  22.      are ALSO responsible for copies of this software 'stolen' from their
  23.      system/posession.

  25.   5. No person shall tamper with ANY version of The Wall in any way.  The
  26.      executables, documentation and other packaged files are copyrighted;
  27.      and as such, may NOT be modified, reverse-engineered, added to or
  28.      taken away from.

  30.   6. Refunds on received copies of The Wall are at sole discretion of
  31.      Legacy Software.
  32.  
  33.   Any action contrary to the terms of this license shall terminate any and
  34.   all further updates, and disallow the user from further registration and/
  35.   or support.  Legal action may follow.
